Hi North Lenoir High School Class of 2016! To celebrate our 10 year graduation anniversary, we are raising funds to offer a scholarship to a current North Lenoir senior graduating this May. We believe this is a wonderful way to not only celebrate how far we've come since graduating high school, but to also support a student's future education. I encourage you to reflect on where you started 10 years ago and how a scholarship could have helped you in your education journey after high school. Any North Lenoir senior has the opportunity to apply to this scholarship, which is already available to them. A small committee of 2016 students has agreed to read over the scholarship applications and choose the winner. If you are interested in participating in the choosing of a winner, please reach out to the creator of this fund. The student will be paid directly from this scholarship fund and given the award on Awards Day in May. The deadline for applying to this scholarship is April 15th, and we are hoping to raise at minimum $1000 to give to the winner by that date.
