Hi! I’m a new mom who had to take an unpaid maternity leave. Unfortunately, after maternity I had to find a new job and this has set me back financially significantly. I’ve been working 40-50 hours a week before I had to find a new job and now I work 40-48 hours a week at the new job but there was a gap in income due to having to find the job and get started. I am struggling to pay the bills because I was already playing catch up. Anything helps at this point, we just need help. I’m trying to get to a point where I’m not going into more debt to survive, since I’ve already done so up to this point. My family and friends are unable to help more than they already have and I’m desperate at this point. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I understand that providing proof/etc. would make this more beneficial for me but I am not willing to provide even more information on myself due to the fact that the internet is a scary place. Anything that affects me can affect my son and I’m really not gonna jeopardize mine or my son’s safety. Nothing is free and we all work hard for our money so if you’re willing to donate then it is extremely appreciated. If not, I can respect that and have to just keep working hard. If I’m meant to get help, I will and if not, the only thing that matters is my son’s wellbeing. If I have to go without, then so be it, because he won’t. We are struggling but he will always have food and a roof due to family. That doesn’t mean I shouldn’t ask for help with the cost of living due to having to be out of work for 6 weeks, especially after working so hard. So I can hope and pray that someone might be generous enough to help but I certainly don’t expect it from anyone because that’s just not a fair expectation.
