Support a Mother’s Fight to Stay Afloat
Donativo protegido
I’m reaching out on behalf of someone very close to my heart — a devoted mother who’s going through a painful, private battle and urgently needs support to make it through the month.
To protect her identity, I won’t share her name — her community is small, and there’s already been too much judgment. But I will tell you this: she is one of the strongest, kindest people I know, and right now, she’s facing a moment of real crisis.
Over the past year, her world has slowly collapsed. She lost her job — not because she wasn’t showing up or doing the work, but because of sabotage and betrayal by people she trusted most, including members of her own family. Since then, she’s done everything she can to get back on her feet — applying to countless jobs, attending interviews, and even landing one offer that was suddenly withdrawn. Despite all of her efforts, doors keep closing.
Now, her savings have completely run out, and she’s terrified. Her mental health is deeply affected — she’s overwhelmed, anxious, and barely sleeping. She’s trying to hold it all together, but the weight is becoming unbearable.
Her rent alone is over $2,000 USD, due by July 25th, and she simply doesn’t have it. With utilities, groceries, and basic needs adding to the pressure, she’s facing the very real possibility of losing her home.
This is a woman who has already survived so much:
• Domestic violence and emotional abuse
• Raising children through chaos and instability
• Heartbreaking betrayals that shattered her trust
• Deep depression and spiritual isolation — and still, she rises
She’s not someone who asks for help lightly. But right now, she has no other option. We’re hoping to raise $2,400 USD to cover her immediate rent and basic living costs — just enough breathing room to stabilize while she continues job searching and tries to rebuild a sense of safety.
If you’ve ever felt like the ground was falling out from under you — or like no one could see how hard you were trying — then you’ll understand why this matters so much.
Any support — whether a donation, a share, or a kind message — can help her feel less alone in this dark moment. Sometimes, just knowing that someone cares is the first step back toward hope.
Thank you for taking the time to read and for caring so deeply.
With love and gratitude,
Inga
