Help Bring My Daughter Home

I never imagined I would be in a position where I wouldn’t know where my own child is.

My daughter’s father took her out of state and has not returned her. There is no current custody order in place, and I have been left with no information about her whereabouts, her safety, or when, if she will come home. As a mother, the fear, heartbreak, and helplessness I feel every single day is indescribable.

I am now facing urgent legal action to locate my daughter and bring her home safely.

Unfortunately, legal fees for emergency filings, interstate jurisdiction issues, court representation, and enforcement add up quickly. I am doing everything I can, but I cannot do this alone.

I am asking for help to cover legal expenses so I can:

Hire an attorney experienced in interstate custody cases

File emergency court motions

Work with the proper authorities to locate my child

Fight to have my daughter returned home safely
