Support a Mother in Need of Surgery

I have struggled with back pains for years now doctors won’t help it’s from having big boobs so I’m trying to get them reduced but cost a lot of money it has caused me a lot of pain for years I can barely work because of it and I wanna get better for my kids so please help I hate asking for help but I wanna do stuff with my kids I wanna be able to work more it’s really affecting my everyday life just keeps getting worse some days it makes me feel like I don’t wanna be here anymore please help
