Support a Mother and Son After Hit and Run

In the dead of night, at the start of a week where we are preparing for a move to a new apartment, an accident hit us.

A stranger hit our car and dented it so bad that the rear axle is completely broken.

We were just at home minding out business and wondering what to do for this move when someone uprooted and put a dent in those plans. Our ambitions for this move aren’t dead, but it certainly is much more difficult. We have to get to our jobs and this was our only piece of transportation. This could not have happened at a worse time for us. We don’t have a lot of money between us, especially since we are moving houses and just finished saving money for our new home. Unfortunately, we’re unable to get a rental car as we don’t have full insurance. Only liability. So we are forced to do this on our own. Anything raised will solely be used towards a new vehicle we can utilize. Anything that you are able to provide helps us.

$1,000 is something we’d at least be able to build upon and likely be able to get a used car. It’s a small goal, but one that isn’t impossible. We have to be able to rebuild ourselves and get back on track. Thank you. God bless you.
