Asking for help is one of the hardest things I have ever had to do, but right now I am doing it for my children.

Recently, we were involved in a serious car accident that left our vehicle completely totaled. In an instant, the one thing my family depended on every day was gone. That car was how I got my children to school, to medical appointments, and to the services they need. Losing it has completely disrupted our lives and created challenges that feel impossible to overcome on my own.

One of the biggest reasons this has been so devastating is because my daughter has autism and depends on regular therapy services. Public transportation is extremely difficult for her, and the stress and unpredictability can be overwhelming. Without a car, getting her to the therapy appointments she needs has become one of my greatest worries. As a mother, not being able to provide that stability for her has been heartbreaking.

My family is going through a very difficult transition right now, and I am doing everything I can to hold things together for my children. But the loss of our transportation has created a crisis that I cannot fix alone. Simple daily responsibilities that many people take for granted have become overwhelming, and the emotional toll of trying to meet my children’s needs without reliable transportation has been incredibly heavy.

I have always tried to handle life’s struggles on my own, and asking for help is not easy for me. But for the sake of my children, especially my daughter who depends on me for everything, I am reaching out and asking for support.

Any donation will help us get closer to replacing our vehicle and restoring the stability my children need. Every dollar brings us one step closer to getting my daughter to her therapy services, getting my children to school safely, and helping my family rebuild after this heartbreaking setback.
