Dear Friends,

I need your help. My car needs to be repaired and I need your help paying for those repairs.

As you know, I am a co-parent to Ruby and Maya who live with me here in Oakland part-time and part-time in Berkeley. Without wheels, I cannot tend to the girls' needs. I cannot pick them up from school or take them to any of their extra curricular activities.

Currently, I am working at breakneck speed trying to finish my dissertation before the Trump admin destroys the Department of Education. Apparently my school CIIS is in deficit and its future is tenuous. Between my Reiki Practice and financial aid I am able to survive and provide for myself and my girls, but the recent car emergencies have cut into that ability. Whatever you can offer, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your compassion & generosity.
