Support a Mom Battling Lupus, Sjogren's and Heart Failure

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

On June 23, 2024, I unexpectedly fell ill. I was hospitalized for 7 long days. During my stay, they found 5 blood clots located in my lungs and left heart failure. This prompted the doctors to do some digging to find the cause of the clots and heart failure. I have had numerous tests, scans, and bloodwork. So far, they have discovered that I have Lupus and Sjogren's disease. Next month, I am going in for a lung biopsy. This will result in a 3-day hospital stay and being out of work for up to 30 days.

I'm reaching out today to humbly ask for your support if you see fit. The medical expenses, including a upcoming lung biopsy, treatments, and bills, are overwhelming, and I am struggling to cover the costs along with keeping my home afloat. While I do have insurance through my employer the deductible and copays are coming faster than expected.
