Subject: Urgent Help Needed – Harassment and Custody Case

I am reaching out because I am a victim of harassment and need urgent assistance. Recently, a video involving me went viral. This video was posted by my children’s father and his brother as part of an ongoing effort to make me appear to be an unfit mother. Their motive is to avoid child support obligations, and they have been filing repeated motions in court to gain an advantage.

In the past, he told the judge that I was homeless, which is untrue. He simply does not know where I live and becomes upset because of it. He rarely supports our children and instead uses these tactics to harass me.

The most recent incident occurred when I went to pick up my children from daycare. He had previously told me he would not get them, yet he and his brother showed up and ambushed me. There is a video of this on Substance News on Facebook (you may have to scroll to find it). The video was edited to make it look like I was delivering mail with my kids in the truck. That is not true.

For clarification:

I have been employed with my job for 10 years and would never jeopardize it.

I was not delivering mail or driving at the time. My truck was parked with the air conditioning on while I waited for my boyfriend to pick up my children.

You can see in the video that the doors were closed and my children were safe inside until their father’s brother opened the door and tried to take them.

The police were called, and I left with my children. At no time were they in danger.

Despite this, he filed for an emergency order of protection against me, which now prevents me from seeing my children until August 15, 2025 which my case now got extended until September 11, 2025. This situation is devastating for me and my kids, and these will be the longest six weeks of my life without them now.

I am asking for two things:
