I’m reaching out because my four kids and I are facing a really tough time. We’re behind on bills and at risk of losing our home and car, and our water and lights could be turned off soon. As a stay-at-home mom, I depend on my spouse to pay the bills, but lately, he hasn’t been managing his paycheck properly and tells me it’s his money. This has left us in a very difficult situation, and I’m scared for our future.

Finding other options like shelters or daycare isn’t possible for us right now. My three-year-old is autistic and needs special care, and my one-year-old is still exclusively breastfed. I want to do everything I can to keep my kids safe and together, but I can’t do it alone.
