For 15 years, Leo and Celeste Cambel have poured out their lives as medical missionaries—bringing healing, hope, and the love of Christ to those most in need. Now, they are facing a painful season of their own. Their 19-year-old son, LG, has been in and out of hospitals since October 2, battling persistent fevers, low blood pressure, a racing heart rate, vomiting, and severe pain. After weeks of uncertainty, he was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma. As the Cambel family walks through this difficult journey, we invite you to stand with them—in prayer and in practical support. Your gift will help cover medical expenses, travel, and treatment costs so that this incredible family can focus on caring for their son and trusting God for his complete healing.
Because GoFundMe does not directly distribute funds to those living in the Philippines, all donations will be received by Dr. Jeff Larson, a colleague and dear friend of the Cambel family, who will personally ensure that 100% of the funds go directly to the Cambels.
Thank you for standing with this family who has spent their lives caring for others—now it’s our turn to care for them.
