Medically Retired Senior's Home Repairs

When my sister was sick with cancer I had to have my foundation repaired the original repair was $8500. I drained most of my savings fixing it. But I chose the wrong company and have had it repaired 4 times altogether. The last time was 3 wks ago. The foundation company broke two sewer pipes under the foundation during repair. The foundation company said it is the owners responsibility to fix anything damaged during repair. My savings are gone it took every penny i had in savings. None of this is covered by homeowners insurance. All the damage has also caused tiles to pop up in my living room and needs to be replaced also not covered by insurance.

. Insurance does not pay for the leak because it is under the foundation. You have to have a separate rider. No one ever told me about that. Now I am faced with a $8100.00 bill for repairs. I am a senior and medically retired from my job of 17 yrs so I am existing on very limited funds. I can't sell my house and buy another because of the houses history I can't get enough to buy anything else. I have 3 dogs and can't go into an apartment. Any help is more than greatly appreciated.
