Hello, my name is Brooke, and I’m reaching out on behalf of a dear friend who is going through an incredibly difficult time. For privacy reasons, he and his family wish to remain anonymous—but their need is very real.

My friend’s wife has been diagnosed with Stage 2 colon cancer. As she undergoes treatment, the emotional and financial toll on the family has been overwhelming. They are the loving parents of six children, all trying to make sense of a situation no family should have to face. The older children are scared, asking heartbreaking questions, while the youngest doesn’t yet understand what’s happening.
