Support a Local Sandwich Shop in Crisis

I worked retail for over 25 years, then was injured and lost my position. So, I invested in myself. I took my 401k and all my savings and opened a great little sandwich shop. We have excellent reviews and great service. I love it and my customers. I work non-stop. But no matter how hard I work and no matter how many good reviews we get, I can't make it profitable. No pay for me, and I am $30,000 in debt and getting deeper. I'm all in, I have nothing left and I need help. So, with nowhere to turn, I am here. If I can at least catch up on rent, I can make it to the end of the lease and sell off the equipment to pay off the loans. I am afraid I will lose everything, including my house, if I can't get help.
