Home going for the Legendary life of Shawn Toomer

Dear friends, family and loving strangers,

It’s is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Shawn Toomer. He was a legendary son, grandson, Father and joyful brother and friend who brought so much laughter, love and light into our lives. He is and will be deeply missed by everyone who has came encounter or knew him.

As we come to terms and understand with Shawn’s passing, we faced difficulties on funeral arrangements.We want to give him an amazing and beautiful farewell that he deserved. Anything can help us at this difficult time to make funeral arrangements.

During his days on earth, he was a strong, joyful person who fought a battle between lupus and cancer until the end. He has two loving kids. He was a die-hard UNC/Tar Heel fan. He loved his family so much.

We reaching out to the community for help honoring Shawn’s legacy and memory.Any contribution, no matter how small, will help us be able to grieve and take a financial strain off the family.

Funds will go to the funeral arrangements,transportations, medical expenses and his kids future life. Thank you to everyone who contributes and supports his family at this hard time.
