Hello everyone. Here's my story. 4 yrs ago, got hurt and lost my job in Tulsa, Ok. Cashed in any retirement I had, and maintained my rent for another year while waiting on disability. In that year, I knew I was going to have to leave my home..so bought a retired school bus. And also..got scammed for 8k selling my truck online. I never got that back, cops did not pursue charges on bank felony. After I finally left in the bus, took another month for disability to hit. This is what I live on. After roaming, parking in undesirable places, was able to save a bit for a down on an acre. The pictures show my place and fur/feathered family. Fur family..all rescues. The rest is for me to be back in peace and quiet of country, be self sufficient by raising or growing my own food. I still have alot of work to do..and am doing it alone, finishing my home, and property, little at a time. At this point, i have lived without electric and carry water in. Also currently without a vehicle..i bum rides or hitchhiking to run errands. Im asking for a bit of help acquiring the electrician fee (the actual amount is $1900.00 to set pole i already have) to set pole and electric meter. I was unable to find one who would work with me in payments. I have worked hard all my life, watched my kids grow up, and tried to live kindly and honestly. It has been a difficult road, so far, but have always stood tall and strong. I deal with pain on a daily basis..in my spine, hips and knees. Has slowed me down, but i try to push through it without complaint. There are alot of things that I can't do anymore..my most favorite things. Like riding horses or outdoor sports activities. My critters, I love each and every one of them. Even the scruffy chickens.I really miss having horses and a couple of cows. Growing up on our farm, as a kid, these are my some of my best memories. So, my retirement..I want back that happiness. What I have, so far, I didnt have much to work with..but i made it work. Any little bit would be greatly appreciated.
