Support a Journey to Leadership and Confidence
Donation protected
Hello! My name is Trinity, I was recently nominated and accepted into the Glass Leadership Program/Trip. They cover part of the program, which is why I am here asking for support. Please just read over my story. If you can support me even just a little, I would appreciate that!
Let's help create a world where I can recognize my limitless potential! Help me fuel these goals, by becoming stronger, and more confident for my generation! To have this opportunity to learn and come back with Glass mission would be an opportunity unlike any other. This opportunity could be the thing that helps me break down barriers. It would give me a better understanding of what I can do to help others. I would learn how to strengthen areas where I feel weak and grow as a leader and person. I want to be the person people look up to and go to for guidance. I want people to look at me and understand that they can talk to me and feel safe around me, to motivate people, to be someone who supports others. I want to be able to teach people how they can overcome any obstacle, real or perceived. I want people to look up to me, believe in themselves, and we can grow together. I want to bring them the same empowerment that I have experienced, in the first year of my high school swim career. Building a better environment for the team, to where they are willing to follow you, be with you and create memories, is a great leader.
By giving me the tools needed to achieve the goals I have for myself. I don’t just want to live up to my beliefs in myself but soar above them too. To be looked to and found by people wanting to try something new, I want to help lead those who seek guidance.
I want to be that leader. I want to be the difference, the change.
