I’m a rising junior at Howard University, working hard toward my degree and future career. Unfortunately, I recently lost my only cosigner—the one person who was able to help me secure student loans. Since then, I’ve had no one else to turn to for financial support, and my tuition balance has quickly gotten out of control. I’m now facing the very real possibility of having to pause my education simply because I can’t afford to keep going.
