If you live locally, you know the homeless crisis in downtown San Diego is out of control! On January 19th 2026, we made a spontaneous decision to rescue a 7wk old puppy after work from a homeless caretaker situation. The woman has three more puppies and we hope to help them as well. The Female she let us rescue is safe at my home, but needs to be vetted asap! I’m currently taking donations to give her a clean bill of health and help cover supplies needed. My plan is to place her in a loving forever home and find her siblings which are still living at a homeless encampment downtown. Any adoption leads and/or donations are greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time :)
