Support a Hip Hop Dream: Help Amplify a Voice

Since I was 12, I've had a love for Hip Hop music and the culture. When it comes to music, it truly is home for me. The expression, style and emotions that I have from creating music and performing is phenomenal. Anyone who knows me, knows that music has been a part of my life since day one. At 12 I bought my first Djay set and from there the rest was history. I fell in love with sound and assertion from the aritst to the producer. Hip hop isn't just a genre, it's a part of four elements which are; deejaying, rapping, b boy dancing and graffiti. It's a sector for creatives by creators born in a urban society of survival. The platform that it set for the outlet for our voices to plug in, gave us power. I set up a Go Fund Me page because I cannot do this alone. I am asking friends, family and my network of people to help me reach my goal. Last year in November, I performed at a Hot 97 contest and won first place. My sister Rosanna got to hear me on the radio 3 days before she passed from breast cancer, and that moment for me was everything. I know I have a gift and a light to shed upon this earth. My voice needs to be heard and with the help of all of you maybe we can make a change together. The funds rasied will be used towards production, studio time and expenses related to my project to help me promote my music.
