Got a min and a few bucks to share?

I'm asking my friends and community to come together to help support a wonderful friend and coworker to relieve a burden of financial stress that no retired person deserves!

A 911 first responder, he has dedicated his life to helping others. A retired police officer, he protected and served his community for 20 years. I remember asking him about his time in the police force. In 2011, a woman drove her minivan into the Hudson River, killing herself and her three young children. He was one of the officers at the scene and a Certified Search & Rescue Diver. Sadly, during his rescue attempt, the woman and her 3 children were pronounced dead at the scene. He pulled the lifeless bodies of the 3 children ages 5, 2, and 11 months out of the submerged vehicle. This heroic act during such a horrific tragedy is just one example of his courage and character.

He continues to serve his community, now working to help save animals at a Veterinary Hospital. Despite a pension, he continues to work two jobs to support his two children. Unfortunately, he recently received a large unforeseen bill that is causing a financial strain leading to sleepless nights and physical stress. I want to help him in any way I can!

If we each give a little , we can help alleviate this burden. Even just a little gift can make a big difference!

No hardworking person deserves to struggle. Let's help him during this stressful time, as he has helped so many during theirs!
