As a husband and father of 2, I was proud to provide a decent life to my wife and kids. I was lucky to have a career of love and compassion. I was a firefighter/paramedic. Through my career, I sustained cumulative back injuries that have led to this point. In May of 2024, I found myself on my living room floor, unable to get up due to the excruciating pain in my back and nerve pain in my legs. My days consist of constant pain and struggle. I have been off work since that day, staring down eventual spine surgery. I have dedicated my life to helping others on their worst day, and now I am facing my worst day. Our savings have gotten us through, but have now been depleted while waiting for social security disability to come through.

As I continue to fight my case, now requiring an attorney, we need financial help. I was told by numerous employers that I am unemployable due to my physical limitations. I would love nothing more than to be able to work to provide for my family, but that is not possible at this point.
