Dear Friends + Family,

I'd like to start by saying I'm the daughter of an incredible, strong woman. My mom has been my style icon, my teacher, biggest supporter and the hardest working person I know.

Now she's been diagnosed with breast cancer and instead of looking to a future of retiring and being able to rest, she'll have to endure treatment and worry about medical bills. I'd want to be there for her now as her biggest supporter in return and see this new part of our lives through together with her.

The average cost of care with breast cancer is $140k, with insurance. The thought of her having to continue to work or think about bills during treatment is devastating to me. After a lifetime of looking after me and my brother, I'm hoping to raise money to ease the financial burden of treatment costs and bills to alleviate stress to look after her so she can focus on what's most important now: healing.

My mom has always been a fighter and I'm hoping with my help and the kindness and generosity of others we can get through this together. Even if you aren't able to donate, your thoughts, kind words and support still means so much to my mom and my family.
