We are heartbroken to share the devastating loss of Isreal Mays, a bright, kind, and ambitious 19-year-old whose life was tragically taken by gun violence. Just a year ago, he proudly walked across the stage to receive his high school diploma—full of dreams, plans, and hope for the future.

No mother should have to bury her child. This loss is made even more painful by the fact that Machelle is no stranger to grief. Just four years ago, she laid her oldest son to rest. Now, she faces the unimaginable once again—mourning her youngest son! Anyone who knows Machelle knows her children are her pride and Joy!
