A sweet child in my class lost his mother over the weekend due to cancer. The family moved here from Bosnia to seek medical treatment for her advanced cancer. Unfortunately, the trial did not work and she lost her fight, leaving behind 2 young boys and a husband. She was only 40 years old. Benjamin in my class just turned 6 and did not get to see his mother before she passed. She had been in the ICU for a month.

They need to get back to Bosnia to bury her and return to their family. The cost to get them all home is astronomical. My heart breaks for this young family and now a single dad who is overcome with grief. If you have anything to give I know they would be so blessed. Thank you for your support.
