Support a Great Friend and Coworker in Need

Hi, my name is Tony Santanello, and I'm starting this GoFundMe for one of my best friends, Mike Johnson.

In April 2025, Mike was diagnosed with kidney failure and has since begun dialysis multiple times a week. He’s now on the waiting list for a kidney transplant. During this incredibly difficult time, Mike hasn’t been able to work. To make things worse, both unemployment and disability have been giving him the runaround, leaving him without the support he desperately needs.

I'm setting this up to help Mike with his ongoing medical bills, everyday living expenses, and anything else that might come up while he fights through this.

Mike is more than just a friend—he’s family to all of us at Work Zone Contractors, where he’s a proud member of Laborers Union Local 172. He’s one of the most loyal, hardworking, and kind-hearted people you’ll ever meet. Always the first to lend a hand, now it’s our turn to be there for him.
