Hi, we are A Giant Dog, a fierce high energy glam punk band from Austin, TX.

We need to raise money to recover from $6,700 worth of van repairs, and to support our Summer 2024 Tour.

We’ve been together for 16 years, have made 5 full length albums, and a cover album. We’ve enjoyed a genuine underground following throughout, putting our all into our performances, and doing our best to thrill. We are remarked to be a strong and unique live band. Whatever we’ve got, we want to share it; we don’t want to run out of… gasoline.

Touring is crazy expensive these days. Many bands are shying away from touring, or booking tours then sadly having to cancel, acknowledging they will exhaust themselves and their resources, only to come back in the red. It is difficult to recover from costs incurred to launch the tour. Nonetheless, we made the decision to see this tour through, even though margins are tight.

We are excited to perform for you, to carry a flickering torch of punk tradition, adults in a van, doing what they can, and to fill small rooms with the energy and fury of blue collar glamour and heartstring pulling riffs.
