Hi everyone, I’m 27 and currently preparing to start school soon in January to become a Surgical Technologist. This program is a huge step toward building a stable future and career path. I previously trained & studied in tech sales as well as being a production operator & PCA/CNA work, but none of those roles provided the stability or long-term fulfillment I’m striving for. I am also deeply curious about specializing in CVOR (cardiovascular OR), especially since my mom passed away from heart failure. My goal is to one day help patients and families going through the same battles she faced. Surgical Technology is a great direction that truly feels right for me and offers a good chance at stability, growth, and purpose.

To make this possible, I was recently unexpectedly approved for a new apartment that’s closer to my school, but I need help securing it in time.

The upfront cost I need to pay by the end of December, 2025 is $1,206 plus $455, and I’m hoping to raise $5,000 to cover this payment, my first month’s rent, academics, and essential utilities so I can move in and stay focused on school. Classes will be full-time and held Monday-Friday.

This move means everything to me. It’s a chance to build a better life, succeed in my program, and finally create the stability I’ve been working so hard for. Any support, whether through donations or even just sharing this fundraiser, would mean the world to me.
