Support a Future Black Healer — $13K by May 15th
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Olivia Peters — a rising sophomore at Howard University, studying Biology. I’m writing this with urgency and faith, because I know I’m meant to be here.
Howard is where I’ve always seen myself. I came here with a vision: to become a naturopathic doctor and open my own wellness practice that centers Black communities. I want to heal, uplift, and repair — and Howard is where that mission takes root.
Due to financial gaps not covered by scholarships or aid, I’ve been left with a $13,000 balance on my account. I’ve spoken to Financial Aid, Residence Life, and Student Affairs, applied for scholarships, and am actively planning to work over the summer — but the timing is urgent.
In order to secure my classes and housing for the fall, I must resolve this balance by May 15th.
This isn’t a plea rooted in lack — it’s a call rooted in purpose. I believe in my vision. I believe in community. I believe I am light and abundant in every way, including financially — and that the right people will show up to support me in staying where I belong.
If you feel called to support me — whether by donating, sharing, or sending words of encouragement — thank you. Every gesture moves me closer to continuing this journey. And when I walk across that stage with my degree, please know you were a part of the reason I made it.
With deep gratitude and unwavering faith,
Olivia Peters
