Recently a friend of mine Kadie out of the blue got diagnosed with cancer at only 33 years old. She has absolutely taken what life has thrown at her on the chin like a true warrior and has a great mentality i know she will beat it and push it aside!

However here's my ask/plea

For those who have had cancer treatment/seen others go through it know its grueling and 1 of the biggest side effects is hair loss and for women more so than men this is 1 of their big worries.

For our close friends/family you know that Rosie and I are completing a hyrox in Dublin in mid November. This is something we have geared up for all year its bought and paid for!

For those that are kind enough to donate we are going to do abit of fund raising for my friend Kadie to contribute towards her change in circumstances.
