Support a Fresh Start for Our Grieving Family

I am so conflicted about even making this request but my friends said I need to ask for what my family needs.

After this traumatic loss that has deeply affected us all, one additional part for my family is that it happened in our family car, which has now become a painful reminder every time we see it.

For us, what used to be a normal part of daily life is now tied to heartbreaking memories. Having to relive that experience whenever we use the car is more than we can handle at the moment.

I’m asking for help to raise enough for a down payment on a different vehicle so my family can have a fresh start and a sense of peace as we work through our grief.

If we surpass the amount of our current car’s value, I would like to donate my car to another family who can make new and joyful memories in it, since, despite the pain it now holds for us, it was once a place full of love and life.

Any support, no matter the size, would mean so much to us during this difficult time. Thank you for helping us take this step toward healing and please keep our family and Brayden’s family in your thoughts and prayers. I don’t know how we are going to ever get over losing him.
