Where do I begin?? My story is a very lengthy one, some memories good and some not so much. Over the course of the last year or so, I was, out of the kindness of my heart, trying my best to help my mother after a recent divorce. I spent countless amounts of money on her and even helped her pay off a few of her bills. I mean, any adult child would do anything for their mom and try to give them the benefit of the doubt, right? Of course, they would. I even helped her figure out where we were gonna live next, which woulda been Pensacola, Florida, but it just wasn’t good enough for her. It was her way or no way; she never wanted to compromise on anything. My entire childhood, I faced things from her no child should ever have to face, but I have a good heart and have always given her the benefit of the doubt and even stood up for her multiple times.

Anyway, January 2025, I lost my dog as he passed away, and she showed not one bit of remorse for that. She basically drained my entire bank account, savings, and checking, and caused me to max all my credit cards out and fall behind on several loans, one being a $3,000 loan that was a joint loan. I was paying her vehicle payments too, which I’m not anymore. That was totaling $8,400 I paid off on that car in one year. Basically, long story short, now she threw me into a total debt of almost $30,000, and her vehicle she abandoned here in her name after she fled on an airplane for New York. She basically even screwed over her ex-husband for hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars and took him to the cleaners, which is one of multiple reasons they divorced. When she got to New York, she basically told me she is not speaking to me anymore for the rest of her life and doesn’t care to ever see or talk to me again, and the same goes with the dogs. She doesn’t care about my dog Louie passing away.

Luckily, I have been able to get my own place as of March 6, 2025, with the help of close friends, my grandparents, and my sister. Also, one of my service dogs, Guillermo, has been diagnosed with a heart condition, which he’s on meds for, so dealing with that on top of trying so hard to pay off the debt and figure out a new used car and insurance, and lastly dealing with liver disease, anxiety, depression, and now PTSD as a result of everything that’s been done to me.

I am fundraising to help pay off the debt my mother left me with and to cover the costs of my service dog's medical treatment.
