Support a Firefighter to Become a Wrestling World Champion
Donation protected
I have been wrestling since my freshman year of high school and have loved every second of it—even the heartbreaks, which have been many. After college, I continued competing and have won several national titles in both freestyle and folk style. This success gave me the opportunity to wrestle in the world championships a few years ago.
Although I have qualified for the world championships multiple times, the trip is costly, and my family and I have chosen not to make the financial commitment.
I am only a few months into a new career as a firefighter, and despite the changes this has brought to my family’s life, I still aspire to compete for a world championship. The Police and Firefighter World Championships (also known as the Police and Fire Olympics) take place every two years, and this year, they happen to be in Birmingham, AL.
Even though the tournament is in the U.S., the expenses add up quickly—covering registration, uniforms, flights, hotel, rental car, meals, and paperwork. I am humbly asking for support in making this opportunity a reality.
My goal is to win a Police and Firefighter World Championship and proudly represent my family, friends, fellow firefighters, and the chiefs from my department with honor, duty, and pride.
