Help Me Relocate in Just One Month Due to Forced Return-to-Work Order
I am 15 year federal worker. I am a San Antonio resident; however, I was hired as a remote worker. My actual position is located in Silver Springs, Virginia.
I was informed that I must return to in-person work in March (no date provided) at a Texas location or be forced to resign. I have to move to Houston, TX. I never expected to be in this position, but due to a new mandate from President Trump requiring employees to return to the office, I am now facing a major life upheaval. In just one month, I must do the following or be forced to resign. I cannot afford to resign.
✅ Sell or rent my current home
✅ Find and purchase a new home in a different city
✅ Pay an unexpected several thousand-dollar home down payment
✅ Pack up my life and move
✅ Close my dance studio (I can't believe this. This breaks my heart.)
This sudden change is not only stressful but incredibly expensive. Between relocation costs, securing housing, and moving logistics, the financial burden is overwhelming.
Your support will help me cover the costs of this unexpected move and ensure a smooth transition to my new home.
Ways You Can Help:

Inform others about a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 1600 sq foot home available for rent starting in April.
I have a 11 year old daughter who is leaving all the friends she has known since pre-K. I just can't believe this. I deeply appreciate any support you can give during this unexpected and challenging time.
