Hi, my name is Aaron, and I am a devoted husband and father fighting to keep my family together during the hardest time of our lives.
In April, my wife was taken into custody, and since then, our four children — Zinnia (7), Frankie (6), Ella (2), and Molly (8 months old) — have been separated from us by CPS. I have been working tirelessly, alone, to keep our family connected and to protect my children’s safety and well-being.
I am raising funds to help with:
Gas for transportation to visit my children
Food for my children during those visits
Legal expenses for two separate court cases
Rent and utilities due to work hours I have lost while fulfilling CPS requirements and advocating for my family
Every dollar will go directly to keeping our family afloat and fighting for our children’s right to come home, where they belong.
Your support truly means the world to us.
Here's the details of what's actually happened and is happening currently:
In mid-April, CPS removed our two youngest daughters, Ella and Molly, from their familiar placement with my aunt and uncle and moved them into unrelated foster homes. Eleven days later, my wife was taken into custody. Our two older children, Zinnia and Frankie, remain with their late father’s side of the family.
Since then, I have dedicated myself fully to holding our family together. Each week I see our children as often as the system permits. I am working through two separate legal cases: one to protect my parental rights with Zinnia and Frankie, and one to reunite with Ella and Molly.
This season of my life has challenged me to grow stronger than ever before. Managing a household on my own, balancing work demands, and learning to cook meals my children love have been huge changes — but I am rising to meet them.
Through every court hearing, visit, and task, I stay focused on one goal: bringing my children home to a safe and loving family. While new requirements — including a 12-step program I do not need — have been added, I am determined to complete them and continue showing up for my kids. At the same time, I am working with my attorney to ensure every concern about my children’s safety is investigated and addressed.
I was recently granted precious two-hour visits with Zinnia and Frankie every Friday at a McDonald’s, even though it means extra travel and missing work. The CPS case for Ella and Molly was reset again and more steps were added, but I remain committed to seeing it through, no matter how long it takes.
I have never lost faith in my family, even through heartbreak and distance. My love for my family grows, and I stand strong for them every day.
Your support — whether through donations, sharing, or prayers — helps me keep this fight going. It helps cover gas for visits, food for my children, legal expenses, and the bills I struggle to meet with reduced work hours.
Every bit of support keeps me moving forward. Together, we can bring our babies home where they belong. Please consider donating, sharing, or sending a prayer our way. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
