Hi Family and Friends! I am a husband and a father of 5. I've always been a hard worker, maintaining 2 jobs most of the time.

As most of you may know, I have been battling some medical issues that have now gotten more critical. I have a giant cell tumor on my left ankle that has grown to the point where my doctor cannot save my foot/ankle and amputation of the area is coming soon.

So, in turn, it has made it a challenge to still maintain that for my family and medical bills.
