We are a family of five who tragically lost the foundation of our home during a flash-flood that caused immeasurable damage throughout the city limits of Mount Dora and Eustis. Additionally our insurance company has decided not to give a single cent to aid us with possible repairs or reparations to the property due to our lack of flood insurance (in a non flood zone).

We were forced to evacuate at 2 in the morning on that unfortunate sunday night and grab only necessities and practical items while we watched the hole under our home and on our property grow deeper and deeper.

We would appreciate any donations at all as we have a wedding coming up in January and the bride is undergoing strenuous treatment for her Lupus which is a severe autoimmune disease. We also have a brilliant daughter that we expect to put through college next fall.
