I'll be honest, I've needed your help months ago, but could not bring myself to ask for the help. They keep attacking our sources of income to try to make this legal battle impossible for us. They won't stop targeting my wife and I need help.

For the last two years, I’ve been in a legal battle that started about 2 years ago because 2 years before that, I identified someone in a viral video committing assault and battery against someone else in a fit of road rage. They've harassed us, stalk us, threaten us, threaten our family, and tried to ruin our lives every single day. One of the worst things they did was when their employees would constantly showed up at my house and secretly photographed my children in my backyard and sent the photos to their goons to threaten my very young children. They've also made countless calls to cps against me that was never successful.

Instead of backing down, I took them to federal court. And because I refused to be intimidated, the other side did what people with power and money always do, they weaponized the legal system to punish me for fighting back. The woman I identified tried to sue me, but I won that lawsuit and her case was dismissed with prejudice (she cannot file again)

It has been going well for me as the judge already determined they could be held accountable for the actions of their goons. We are at summary judgement and we're requesting the judge accept all of our accusations as fact and simply go to trial for damages which could be well over $20 million in punitive damage. However, we have one road block: the judge recently issued sanctions against both of parties, but since they're millionaires they were able to afford it. Meanwhile, the judge issued more than $60,000+ in sanctions against me. Not because I lied. Not because I did anything malicious. But because I defended my wife and pushed too hard, too fast, trying to protect my family from people who’ve spent years defaming, stalking, and threatening us. My diagnosed CPTSD from their ongoing stalking and harassment were not considered. These sanctions don’t reflect guilt, they reflect the reality that ordinary people are not built to withstand endless legal warfare funded by wealthier opponents, but despite it, I'll still win. What did I do? I heard my wife crying and begging the lawyers to stop in her Zoom deposition as they grill her over the abuse she's endured and try to gaslight and blame her for it. I overhear them asking about her sexual history and I knew their plan was to use her answers to try to get my wife fired at her teaching job. I busted in and yelled "what the f***" and called their lawyer a misogynist and a f*****' pig and I promised I would remember this when they try to settle with me. Even though I was sanctioned for that and though they were unable to dig up real dirt, their goons ended up putting every effort towards getting my wife fired with malicious lies. While I feel I was right about the intentions, my actions were emotional and I shouldn't have interrupted deposition, but I think most good husbands would make the same mistake.

They know they can't win this case and rather than cutting losses, they keep doubling down hoping we'll break or back down. It will never happen. I'm only motivated to fight 1000x harder and adding their every effort to make us back down to what they'll owe at the end. I will never break no matter what they do.

I stopped asking for donations towards my platform years ago and I've been paying for everything out of pocket without even asking for money to help support my platform. I’m swallowing my pride and asking for help covering these sanctions so I can keep defending my family, keep fighting this case, and keep standing up to the people who thought they could break me. I’ve carried this as far as I can on my own.
