Support a family with smoke damage after a fire

The apartment under ours caught fire last night causing ours to fill with smoke and the apartment and belongings are heavily smoke damaged. There is soot on the ceilings and it settled all over the floors and everything. I'm feeling super lost and overwhelmed. I have a baby due soon and a son getting over pneumonia and has asthma. I had just finished the baby's room and now all of his stuff is ruined along with everything else. We have two cats that were trapped in the apartment for several hours while it was completely full of smoke. So they need to see a vet. We need temporary housing that may become permanent if the owner decides not to do fire restoration. We have two children along with one due soon and two cats. We need to replace beds and furniture. Along with replacing everything for the baby. I'm still trying to figure out everything.
