Support Wes&Family of 5 after accident during the Holidays

Hello. This is extremely hard for me to even do. I’ve been going back and forth with myself if I should even do it but I don’t see much of an alternative. I’m 43 years old with a family of 5. My fiancé who is a stay at home mom to our borderline autistic 3 year old, our 9 year old son and 16 year old daughter. Anyone who knows me knows I’m a worker. 7 days a week 12 hours a day and do whatever in my power to help someone out. I’m the only means of financial support for our family. Friday Nov 22nd I fell and shattered my ankle, tibia and fibula and had to have a rod implanted from my knee to ankle so I can walk again. I can’t walk for 6 weeks at the very least so needless to say there will be no income coming in till at least mid February . There’s no good time for something like this to happen but it’s even worse right before the holidays. The amazing insurance I can afford from the marketplace has a 9,000$ deductible which I have to pay before my insurance starts paying for anything On top of that I found out yesterday my orthopedic surgeons office doesn’t accept my insurance which would have been nice to know BEFORE the surgery plus the hospital bills and home PT and OT I have no idea how we will begin to pay our bills let alone give the kids a Christmas this year. Anything at all you can give will go directly to food, mortgage , and all the other necessary bills. I would love to give the kids somewhat of a Christmas this year and if we can raise enough money maybe that will be possible as well. I'm not one to ever ask for a handout but my family needs help through this tough time. If anyone has anything at all to contribute to our situation we would forever be grateful.
