For the past two years, a family in Pakistan has been facing overwhelming challenges. The father has tirelessly searched for a stable job, attending multiple interviews, but has not been able to secure work. To keep the household afloat, the mother works as a cleaner despite serious health issues, and her condition has worsened over time due to ongoing stress and depression. Their 18-year-old daughter is also working as a teacher while continuing her studies, earning very little each month. During this already difficult time, their home was robbed twice, leaving them with additional emotional and financial distress. They are currently living in a rented home and struggling to afford even basic necessities. The family also has younger children to care for, and they are trying to find work for their 15-year-old son just to help survive.
This family is doing everything they can just to survive, but it is still not enough. The funds raised will help them afford food and medicine for the sick mother, as well as other basic needs. Any contribution, big or small, can help them afford food, rent, healthcare, and basic living expenses. If you are unable to donate, even sharing this would mean a lot.
In Islam, helping those in need is highly emphasized, and we are reminded that ease comes after hardship. As Allah says in the Qur’an: 'Indeed, with hardship comes ease.' (94:5–6). This is a reminder that even in the most difficult situations, support and relief can become a means of mercy. Your support can bring hope and relief to a family in desperate need.
