Islam’s life changed overnight.

After the heartbreaking loss of his brother, Islam became the sole provider for his family in Cairo. What should have been a time of planning his future—his upcoming marriage and building a stable life—quickly turned into a fight just to survive. Islam has been doing everything he can to support his family, working long hours through Uber just to afford basic necessities.

Then came another devastating blow: his mother was diagnosed with cancer.

She urgently needs surgery, which costs 20,000 EGP. With hospital care and recovery expenses, the total rises to approximately 35,000 EGP—an amount far beyond Islam’s reach given his current situation.

Islam is currently trying to support himself, his mother, and his fiancée, while carrying the emotional and financial weight of his family alone.

We are hoping to raise at least 50,000 EGP to:

- Cover his mother’s life-saving surgery and recovery

- Help ease immediate financial pressure for food and essentials

- Give him a chance to regain stability during this incredibly difficult time
