Asking for help is never easy—but sometimes life gives us more than we can handle alone.

Since undergoing brain surgery in October, I’ve been focusing on recovery with the hope of returning to work. Unfortunately, that’s no longer an option. We’ve been stretching every dollar, but the challenges keep coming.

This month alone:

• Our hot water heater failed—costing over $600 to replace

• Our only family vehicle broke down and had to be towed

• My mother was hospitalized and now requires ongoing testing, biopsies, and specialist care

We’re in urgent need of support to cover basic essentials like:

• Repairing our van so I can get to medical appointments and transport my mom to hers

• Groceries and daily living expenses

• Gas and transportation for multiple monthly doctor visits
