Help a Family Devastated by WI. Flooding and Mudslide

Hello Everyone.

I have never done anything like this in my life! I dont even know if I am doing it right!! I dont have or use social media but I heard about and have given on this Go Fund Me site before.. This is being sent to all of our contacts (new and old) We apologize if you received it and are not interested. (Just ignore it or better yet forward it to someone who may be able to help and if you can pray for these people whose home after 45 years have been destroyed, that will be a gift itself.

My intention is to help someone I am very close to, my oldest and only living brother left out of a family of 10. I live in Yuma,AZ. and will try ANYTHING to help my brother and and his family whos home was hit by the heavy rains in Wisconsin on August 9th.

Im feeling helpless and overwhelmed, I cant even imagine what my brother and his family are feeling. They were hit with the devastating rains last Saturday (August 9, 2025 at 9:00pm) in which their backyard became a LAKE then a

Powerful mud slide caved in the side of their home (basement walls colapsed) they have no electricity no gas no water. Their home is now inhabitable.

Neighbors are kindly taking turns to put them up as they dont want to go far for fear of looters. They were told by their insurance company they will not cover flooding. (Their home is not in a flood plain so no flood insurance taken !)

Contractors are out and looking for work but they wont begin any work until HALF the amount of the contract is paid upfront. Our family have pooled enough

money together to get this started. But thousands ($$) will be needed.

My brother is doing everything needed to get help but his bank has denied his request for a equity loan and we are not sure if FEMA ( yet to be sent by the Administration) is going to accept their claim.

I know we have loving and caring people in America, I hope you can donate to help a friend /stranger and perhaps even pass on those political campaigns this year. I think they can get by in their comfy homes and incomes. Please give whatever you can.

There is a saying I try to live by.

"If you cant control whats happening. Challenge yourself to the way you respond to whats happening. That IS where your power is.
