Help save a local Downtown Provo business. Donate to help us rebrand and bring a new, exciting attraction to our area: a Mechanical Bull!
We are currently operating as Ernie’s Sports Deli Provo Location.
The deli business is only busy for breakfast and lunch. The restaurant sits completely empty after 2 p.m.
Our new name will be Rudy’s Deli & Grill. We’re looking to raise $10,000 for our rebrand. Help fund kitchen equipment, façade sign, menu board, and advertisement.
The Food: We will keep our breakfast sandwiches and classic deli sandwiches. New menu items will include grill/fryer options such as burgers & fries, chicken strips, loaded tater tots, and yummy appetizers.
The Attraction: Mechanical Bull
People are attracted to mechanical bulls because they offer a unique combination of thrill, challenge, and social interaction. The experience provides an adrenaline rush, allows for friendly competition, and serves as a focal point for social gatherings.
We’re looking to raise $10,000 to bring this iconic attraction to life and create a one-of-a-kind, family-friendly experience for locals and visitors alike. Your donation will help cover the cost of a commercial-grade mechanical bull with safety features, including a custom air mattress, soft padded head, and automatic stop sensor.
Why This Business Matters:
This isn’t just a business — it’s a labor of love. We are a single-family-run business. We have three amazing daughters, all on the autism spectrum — two of whom are nonverbal. We are pouring everything we have into building something meaningful, not just for our family, but for Provo and the surrounding community.
How You Can Help:
1. Donate any amount
2. Share this page with your social media network, especially anyone in the Utah or western community.
3. Tag friends who love sandwiches, burgers, mechanical bulls, and family-owned businesses.
