Hi everyone, my name is Kayla. I’m creating this GoFundMe on behalf of my family during an unexpected and heartbreaking time.

A few days ago, my husband was unexpectedly shot while taking a walk. He is currently receiving medical care, and while we are grateful he is still with us, the road to recovery will be long and difficult. As many of you know, I am a stay-at-home mom, and with my husband unable to work, our household has suddenly lost its only source of income.

We are facing significant challenges, including:
