Today is my 51st birthday… and instead of asking life for permission, I’m choosing expansion. ✨

Over the last year, I stepped away from the familiar and began building something deeply meaningful:

This work was born through real-life transformation, coaching athletes and teams, creating online content, teaching identity awareness, and helping people move from survival and control… into conscious creation.
