Support a Drummer's Dream for a New Kit

I want a new drumset since my other one broke. I want to get better at drums, but I really can't on my crappy setup (Tom 1 is now my snare, and I broke my 2nd tom head). I'm a high school student in marching band going for my 2nd year on tenors, and I'm unemployed :( , so plz help me raise money for a new e-kit.
