Hello,

For those of you that do not know me , my name is Amanda and I am an advocate for community cats in need. I have 10 years of experience in the veterinary field and have worked closely with various rescues.

I have been working with community cats/kittens since I moved to Florida back in 2017. I have rescued several of them and TNR'd as well. Unfortunately, because I do it all out of pocket, I am in serious debt and struggle to continue to do such work.

It has been a dream of mine to own a rescue/sanctuary for animals in need since I was a child. In my home country there is a serious problem with stray animals and it broke my heart as a child seeing all of that. Unfortunately, Florida reminds me of the issues that my home country faces when it comes to strays and resources for said animals.

My end goal would be to start a non profit rescue/sanctuary to continue caring for stray cats and place them in lovely homes.

Now, with all of that being said, I could really use your help to continue caring for the animals in my community and hopefully start my own rescue!
